The Stuart Group provides adjunct planning services on an as-needed basis. They will primarily be providing development application review services for incoming land development plans as well as incoming permit requests and similar items. An applicant's primary contact will still be through planning staff for any issues or questions that may arise.

Patrick Fanelli is our Solicitor, providing us with legal advice as called upon. He has a long history in Blair County, where he was born and raised. He is a founding partner at Fanelli-Willet as well as an adjunct professor at both PennState and Saint Francis.

United Datacom Networks, Inc. Has been providing IT services to Blair Planning since 2010. The team has kept our devices running through several upgrades and generations, from basic independent computers to networking to the cloud services available today.

Guy is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial Planner™  with over 40 years’ experience. After graduating in 1977 from St. Francis College, where he made the division one basketball team as a walk on, he went to work for a regional sized CPA firm in Washington D.C. In 1983, he obtained securities registrations nd began working as a registered representative. In the following years, Guy obtained his Certified Financial Planner and Personal Financial Services designations. He and his team have provided financial services to Blair Planning since 2015.

Webber Advisors is a full service benefits and insurance administrator. Blair Planning has had a long-standing relationship with Webber Advisors and its preceding firms. Webber administers the health insurance, and the Health Savings Account, as well as the life, ADD, and disability insurance for our employees.

Gingerich Insurance has been our General Liability and Workers Compensation Insurance broker to several decades, passing our account down across the generations of this family-owned business.
